如何制作俄料和田玉?
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of dried Angelica root
- 100 grams of dried Ginseng root
- 100 grams of dried Honeysuckle root
- 100 grams of dried Cinnamon bark
- 100 grams of dried Star anise root
- 100 grams of dried Cassia root
- 100 grams of dried Fennel root
- 100 grams of dried Ginger root
- 100 grams of dried Peppermint root
- 100 grams of dried Star anise root
- 100 grams of dried Cassia root
Instructions:
- Wash and dry all the roots thoroughly.
- Combine all the roots in a large pot and add enough water to cover them.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and discard the solids.
- Collect the clear liquid and let it cool to room temperature.
- Bottle the finished product and store it in a cool, dark place.
Tips:
- For a stronger tincture, use more of the Angelica, Ginseng, Honeysuckle, Cinnamon, Star anise, Cassia, Fennel, Ginger, and Peppermint roots.
- You can also add other herbs and spices to your tincture, such as licorice root, cloves, or star anise.
- Store the tincture in a cool, dark place for at least 3 months before drinking.
